On arrival each new resident and their family are invited to participate in the formation of a care plan to ensure continuity of support and treatment. This ongoing monitoring of the whole health of our residents enables us to pre-empt illness and promote healing.

Physiotherapy assessments are completed on a referral basis for all residents.
