Central Christchurch Retirement Living

Our central Christchurch location offers seven one-bedroom cottages as well as 25 two-bedroom cottages and apartments, all set within spacious grounds and gardens.   No two residences are the same and the whole community is filled with history and character.  On the first floor of Molly Pyatt House Rest Home there are nine studio rooms offering semi-independent living.

With as much social activity or privacy as you’d like, you can continue with all your usual routines:

  • Heading out and about
  • Having family or friends over
  • Going away on holiday

Relax and make the most of not having to worry about property or garden maintenance, knowing you’re part of a real village community that has nursing care and security close by.

Garden Cottages

Surrounded by gardens 24 ground floor cottages offer a choice of one or two bedrooms.   Each has individual features like a separate laundry, sun conservatory or ensuite but all offer spacious, private living where you can enjoy your own belongings around you and entertain family and friends at your leisure.
